Whistleblowing Reports
In compliance with Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, no. 24, HTDI has equipped itself with the required channels for receiving and managing reports called “whistleblowing”.
Who can report?
- Members and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions, even if such functions are exercised by mere fact, at Hitech Distribuzione Informatica S.r.l.;
- Employees, interns, self-employed workers, freelancers and consultants who work at Hitech Distribuzione Informatica S.r.l.;
- Persons who have held the roles indicated above in the past, if the information on the violations was acquired during the relationship and persons with whom the relationship has not yet arisen – for example, candidates for personnel selection or employees during the probationary period.
